CHALLENGE
Client had used direct mail for over 15 years - with mixed results. We
purchased a variety of reliable highly-targeted mailing lists.
PROJECT
We launched three small scale test mailings using different lists and different offers. Our back end capabilities allowed us to verify the total leads and sales for each mailing. This analysis directed us to the highest potential lists, best offers and the "creative" with the most appeal.
RESULTS
After testing, we launched monthly direct mail campaigns. The campaign helped increase response to mailings from 1.5% to 5.5%
CREDENTIALS
One of the largest seminar companies in America hired us to create a two-day, 16-hour seminar on direct marketing. That seminar has since been presented to companies across the US. One highlight of the seminar was the segment on "creativity"
for direct mail - something very different from print ads. The US Post Office purchased this section of the seminar and now presents that to major companies.
